I tried to exchange the size for a sweater that I just ordered, a simple transaction for a legitimate business, I was told that I needed to pay five dollars to talk to just answer or something like that. They said that my debit cards were invalid, I tried calling them but the phones are out of service.Make sure that you are dealing with a legitimate company

Ordered a pair of shorts in size based on measurements. Got the order, it was actually well made, however I wanted to exchange for next size up.

No way to make contact via web site except to go through all kinds of questions - horrible. By this time I just wanted a refund. I found an email by googling. I did get an answer that said I could still return for refund, however, they suggested all kinds of other ways to satisfy me.

I confirmed I wanted a refund and asked what I needed to do.

No answer yet. I've attached a copy of the body of the email about the ways they could satisfy my request.

Overcharged for an inferior product with a disgusting odor. The seller said they would refund me, but after a month of getting the runaround, they are now imposing undisclosed fees.

The seller also insulted me by suggesting I was being dishonest.

I've filed a dispute with PayPal and hope for a resolution. Horrible customer service!

I ordered Brooks and got the total wrong shoes that was too small no brand name and very cheap! I have emailed several times with no response I have called and got the number has been disconnected..

All I want is too return the shoes and get my money back.

I ordered a week in February. The money was taken out of my account on the 13th of February and I have not received my order.

I havent received my order. I ordered it early part of February and Im going to the bank so they can investigate.

I ordered a curly bob wig on November 16, 2024. I received the wig on November 29, 2024.

The wig was tightly curled, not like the online picture. The wig didn't look or fit as the online wig appeared. According to their rules, you must request a refund within fifteen days of receipt of the wig. I am requesting a refund but there is no phone number to call, just an email address to request the refund.

I emailed them for a refund and I have not heard back from them. I feel like this may be a scam company because they offer refunds but don't actually refund any money back.

I will never use this site again. Buyer beware!!!

I have tried to contact your company since 12/24 on how to return for credit order number 118462. Shirt doesn't fit and is poor quality.

No one contacts me. I have started a case because of this with my Credit card company. I just need to RETURN this item for Credit.

I placed an order with yall and only received my order number , never received my tracking number or never got another email sent about my pictures , which is horrible .
